At 9:00, the Minnesota State Fire Service Memorial Pipe Band marched in, performed these selections with the Roseville Big Band and marched out again:

At this point (around 9:20), while the band took a break, Jerry Hahn of the CAF announced the winners of the costume contest and honored the veterans and active military personnel.

Terry and Cindy Gardner gave the free swing dance lessons before the Roseville Big Band started playing, and Terry played music from his iPod for dancing during the band's breaks.
