At 9:00, the Minnesota State Fire Service Memorial Pipe Band marched in, performed these selections with the Roseville Big Band and marched out again:

17. Grand march (for anyone in costume) followed by swing dancing after the marchers have gone around a couple of times: Armed Forces Medley (arr. by Mike Bratlie)

At this point (around 9:20), while the band took a break, Jerry Hahn of the CAF announced the winners of the costume contest and honored the veterans and active military personnel.
