At 9:00, the Minnesota State Fire Service Memorial Pipe Band marched in, performed these selections with the Roseville Big Band and marched out again:

At this point (around 9:20), while the band took a break, Jerry Hahn of the CAF announced the winners of the costume contest and honored the veterans and active military personnel. This was followed by the run-up of the engines of Miss Mitchell, the B-25 bomber.
