Set up 7:00, 8:00-11:00 p.m.; dinner music 8-9, starting with special request "My Old Kentucky Home" as a singalong, as done before the Kentucky Derby, and also including Camptown Races, dance 9-11, with break 9:15-9:45 for a live auction, folowed by dessert and dancing
