Keith plays trumpet at O'Gara's

Keith improvised a solo on "Stardust" at the January 28, 2003, concert at O'Gara's Bar and Grill in St. Paul.

Keith played lead trumpet on most of the songs at O'Gara's. Keith poses with his trumpet. Keith was the featured soloist on the Roseville Big Band's July 31, 2012, concert. While he was a student at the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire, Keith served as a member of the faculty brass quintet.

Keith is the principal trumpet for the Eau Claire Chamber Orchestra (www.EauClaireChamberOrchestra.org) and has performed Bach's Brandenburg #2 and other solos with the chamber orchestra. He has also given several solo recitals.

Keith led a brass quintet, Quintessence, for eight years and now leads an eleven-piece (plus percussion) brass group, Metro Brass. He also played lead and split-lead in the Twin Cities Jazz Orchestra for several years.

Keith played E-flat soprano cornet in the Sheldon Theatre Brass Band for several years; he has been featured as a soloist on numerous concerts and has contributed several transcriptions to the band's repertoire. Keith is also a free-lance musician, performing primarily in the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.
