We started with dance music, switched to dinner music when dinner began, took a break for announcements and for the auction, and continued with dance music after dinner.

Minnesota Room in the Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Paul-Riverfront, 11 E. Kellogg Blvd, corner of Wabasha and Kellogg in St. Paul; wear black and white; set up at 6:30, start at 7:30, finish at 10:30 (or as late as 10:45 if people are still eating dessert at 10:30)

At this point, emcee and auctioneer Karen Lee Sorbo conducted the auction.
