Jason first performed with the Roseville Big Band at the October 1, 2013, Lyngblomsten concert. He has a degree in music therapy from the University of Minnesota, where he also played guitar in the U of M jazz band.
Jason also plays tuba in a brass choir and in an old-time band called the Sweet Peas. You might also recognize him from the local variety bands he's played in on guitar and bass.
