Grace Leppink

Grace will perform with the Roseville Big Band on the June 19, 2012, concert in Central Park. A 2012 graduate of Roseville Area High School (RAHS), Grace played in the RAHS jazz program throughout high school, including playing in Jazz I for two years. In her senior year, Grace played lead trombone in Jazz I, earning the coveted privilege of playing the high school's silver King 2B.

Grace also played in the Roseville Wind Ensemble for four years and in both the Brass Quintet and the RAHS Symphony Orchestra her senior year. She also was a member of the All-State Orchestra, All-Conference Orchestra, and played in the Minnesota Youth Symphonies Symphony Orchestra her senior year.

Grace began playing trombone in fifth grade after she heard a person play a race car noise with a trombone during an instrument demonstration.
