Dancing at the Minnesota History Center

In this advertisement for the Minnesota History Center's outdoor dance series, each of the pictures at the bottom is a sticker suitable for putting on the calendar.

The Roseville Big Band's attendance figure of 462 was higher than any of the previous year's attendance numbers at the History Center's "Nine Nights of Family Fun" events. However, the History Center's July 3 and July 10 crowds were even larger—over 600 each—due in part to outstanding weather. On July 17, storms threatened in the morning and late evening, and the air was humid and sticky. The temperature finally dropped below 85 degrees before the concert began, but it was higher during the afternoon, resulting in lower attendance.
