Dancing at the Minnesota History Center

Advertisement: Mark your calendars: it's time to dust off the dancing shoes.

In the summer of 2001, the Minnesota History Center sponsored a series of outdoor dances—each in a different style—to celebrate its exhibit, "Sounds Good to Me: Music in Minnesota". The series was called "9 Nights of Music Fun", and the Roseville Big Band played for the swing dance on July 17, entertaining a crowd of 462 dancers and spectators.
