For the band's performance Sunday, September 3, 2000, there were several familiar faces to Roseville Big Band fans: trumpeters Dan Odegaard, Mark Lee, and Kim Kermes, and trombonists Julie Stenberg and Glen Newton.
Others performing with the Swing Beat Big Band included leader/clarinetist/saxophonist John Wilkes, lead tenor saxophonist Wayne Fridlund (behind John), second alto saxophonist Bob Comeau, lead alto saxophonist Ralph Johnson, tenor saxophonist John Lingle, baritone saxophonist Rod Johnson, trombonist John Rowley, trumpeter Tom Brown, drummer Don Kodner, string bassist Mary Leitschuh, pianist Jerry Loomis, and guitarist Mike Brown.
