January 4 (Tuesday): Holiday party at Mike Bratlie's house

January 11 (Tuesday): Joint rehearsal with the River City Jazz orchestra at the IHCC band room in Inver Grove Heights; 7:00-9:30

February 5 (Saturday): 11th anniversary (12th performance) of our performances for the Carleton Dance - we first played there January 29, 1994; play 9:00-1:00 in the Great Hall; contact: Caitlin Cornell, cornellc@carleton.edu; Robin Hart Ruthenbeck, Director of Campus Activities, 507-646-4155; rhart@acs.carleton.edu; bus pickup at St. Michael's at 5:30; bus pickup at park-and-ride in Eagan (NE corner of Cliff and 35E) around 6:15. April 19 (Tuesday): Sit-in night

May 14 (Saturday): CAF Dance; arrive at 6:30 to set up; dance lessons 7:00-7:45; play 8:00-midnight; Gary Steiner is the new wing leader of the CAF Southern Minnesota Wing: (h) 952-461-2331; (cel) 612-280-6614; however, Jim Gilmore will continue to be the primary contact for the band.

May 31 (Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day): Concert at Como Park; contact: Howie Bell, St. Paul Parks & Recreation, 651-266-6415. Loading crew, check with Bob about the loading time; arrive at the park at 6:00, if possible, to set up; start playing at 7:00 p.m. - wear summer shirts. Click here for last year's song list. June 11 (Saturday afternoon): Ice cream social at Beacon Hill retirement community, 1-3 p.m.; contact: Cindy Ehlen, 952-988-8810, cehlen@preshomes.org; $300

June 14 (Tuesday): Concert in Central Park, 7:30-8:45 or so

June 21: Rehearse

June 25 (Saturday): Play for National GI Joe Convention in the CAF hangar at Fleming Field; requested by Jim Gilmore of the CAF; 7-10 p.m. Contact Brian Savage, head of the GI Joe Collector's Club, at (817) 448-9863 (and press "0"). They will probably do a battlefield re-enactment 4-5 p.m.; few women for dancing, so concentrate on music of the era, and can include some concert numbers. (The CAF got the signed contract on March 2.)

June 28: No rehearsal

July 4 (Monday): Concert in Central Park, 7:00-8:00, followed by the community band

July 5: No rehearsal

July 12, 19: Rehearse

July 26 (Tuesday): Concert in Central Park, 7:00-8:15 p.m.

August: No rehearsal
