Rehearsals every Tuesday except after performances on days other than Tuesday. Other dates (performances, sit-in nights, joint rehearsals or other special events) will be added to the schedule.

Tuesday, January 28: Volunteer appreciation dinner (Decorating crew arrives at 5:00. Invitees gather beginning at 5:30. Dinner and program begins at 6:30. Done by 8:30.)

Saturday, February 8: Carleton College Midwinter Ball (27th performance) set up 7:30-8:30; sandwiches, chips, pop, etc. in the break room; play 9:30-1:00 a.m. We first played there January 29, 1994. The charter bus from Richfield Bus Co. will make its first pickup at St. Michael's in Roseville at 6:30, and a second pickup in Eagan at the Blackhawk park-and-ride (NE of 35E and Cliff Rd.) around 7:10. Tuesday, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30: No full band rehearsal; church indoors unavailable (possible sectionals, limited to 10 or fewer, per Governor Waltz; tentative, depending on health considerations)

Saturday, June 13: Commemorative Air Force Spring Hangar Dance (8:00-midnight) (second Saturday of the month) ($700) postponed to July 11

Cancelled Saturday, June 20: Presbyterian Homes Beacon Hill Ice Cream Social 1-3 p.m.; contact: Linda Johanson (952) 988-8830; summer shirt and khaki pants or shorts. ($325)

Cancelled Tuesday, June 30: Concert at Augustana Chapel View, 6:00-7:00; almost on Minnetonka Blvd, at 605 Minnetonka Mills Rd, Hopkins 55343; contact Laura Flicker,, (952) 697-3848 ($150) play in the courtyard between the apartments and the care facility. (Turn right just past the dumpsters to the picnic area.) Residents could see and hear us from their apartments with the windows open. They'll (probably) have a tent for us. Moved up a half hour (previously 6:30-7:30).

Cancelled Tuesday, October 27: Heritage Place, 563 Co. Rd. B W., Roseville, 6:00-7:00. Contact is Jamie Jolly, Executive Director,, 651-489-3293. We'll play in the dining room. Residents eat at 5:00 and are usually done by 5:30, so we'll do most set up 5:30-6:00. We'll use their piano. They have a small parking lot in front, so some of us might need to park underneath or on the street. Note that their usual activity start times are no later than 5 p.m.; concert title: "Gershwin and Halloween"($125)
