When there's a big band swing dance in the Twin Cities, there's a good chance that you'll find Larry and Betty Thomas there. Roseville Big Band fans may recognize them from the Commemorative Air Force hangar dances, and they are a familiar couple to all who frequent the Classic Big Band's dances, both in the Twin Cities and at the Glenn Miller Festival.

Their July 29, 2003, performance with the Roseville Big Band in Central Park was their television debut, although they have been featured on KBEM radio, playing the roles of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers for the studio audience. They also performed on the June 15, 2004, and June 14, 2005, concerts in Central Park.
